Pierre Noire takes a lunar landscape as its starting point: cold, dark volcanic
stone, layered with smoky and metallic nuances. The formula is built around a mineral accord, sharpened in the opening by Madagascar black pepper, nutmeg and cade. Ceylon tea and rum extract bring light and a subtle gourmand touch to the heart. In contrast to cedarwood, vetiver and ambroxan give the base its depth. Pierre Noire leaves a dry, woody, almost spectral impression on the skin, like a material shaped by erosion, time and silence.
